As the owner of Macfarlane Homes and having more than 20 years of experience, Chris has established a company that is dedicated to the art of residential construction and land development. Chris has the ability to see blueprints in three dimensions and a talent for incorporating additions with an architecturally coherent flow that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. In turn, he has developed a passionate staff that is committed to quality craftsmanship and is focused on detail and design.

As a member of the Master Builders Association of King & Snohomish Counties, he is a licensed builder and land developer.
